Membership Questions

What membership options do you offer?

We offer month to month, annual, bring a buddy and paid in full annual memberships. Each plan includes full gym access, one personal training session and weekly sauna sessions.

Do I need a contract for membership?

Only the annual plan requires a commitment. Month to month and buddy memberships are fully flexible.

Does every membership include a personal training session?

Yes. New members receive a complimentary session to help you start with proper guidance and confidence.

Can I upgrade or change my membership later?

Yes. You can switch to an annual or paid in full option at any time.

Only through the Bring a Buddy plan. Each person receives their own access and benefits.

Personal Training Questions

Do I need experience before starting personal training?

No. We work with complete beginners, returning adults and experienced athletes. Your program is built around your comfort level and goals.

How often should I train with a coach?

Most clients train one to three times per week depending on their goals and schedule.

What is included in a personal training session?

You receive guided warm ups, technique instruction, structured training, progress tracking and adjustments based on your needs.

What are your personal training prices?

We offer single sessions, multi session packs and long term coaching programs. Package options include 6, 12, 18 and 24 sessions, plus 6 month and 1 year commitments. You can see our personal training pricing here

Can I combine personal training with open gym access

Yes. All memberships can be paired with any personal training package.

Group Training Questions

How does group training work?

Group training is private and fully customized. You bring your group and we design the session around your goals, preferred style and schedule.

How many people can join a group session?

Group size is flexible. Pricing adjusts depending on the number of participants.

Can our group choose the type of workout?

Yes. Popular options include glute focused training, strength circuits, conditioning and mixed sessions.

How often can our group train

Groups often train once or twice per week, but scheduling is fully flexible.

Team Training Questions

What teams do you train?

We specialize in hockey teams and youth and junior athletes, but work with other sports as well.

How many athletes can you train at once?

We can train 3 to 20+ athletes in a single session.

Do you offer in season and off season programs?

Yes. In season programs focus on maintenance, mobility and strength control. Off season programs focus on strength, speed, agility and conditioning.

Do you provide testing?

No. Team testing is not offered at this time.

Do you travel to teams?

All team training sessions take place at our facility.

Where is Legacy Fitness located?

We are located in Warman, Saskatchewan. Full address is available on our Contact page.

What equipment do you have?

Our facility includes a strength area, turf space, sleds, barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, weighted balls and conditioning equipment.

Do you offer drop in passes?

Yes. Please come visit us during open hours to discuss our drop in passes or send us a message via our contact page.

Is the gym beginner friendly

Yes. Many members begin with little to no experience. Coaching and support are available whenever you need it.

Booking and Communication

How do I book a session or ask a question?

You can call, text, email or use our contact form. We respond to most messages within 24 hours.

Do I need a consultation before joining?

A consultation is recommended but not required. It helps us guide you toward the right membership or training option.

Can I schedule a facility tour?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a visit.
